Return & Exchange Policy
We accept unused and brand-new condition products and issue store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. No refunds.
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit or exchange. Sale items cannot be returned.
If you have purchased an item(s) at full retail price before it went on sale, you have 14 days from the date of your purchase to inquire about a price adjustment. The difference will be returned in the form of store credit. No refunds. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer the difference in store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange for a store credit or another product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No refunds.
For international online order returns, the client must use the DHL return label provided by Tosho Knife Arts at the client's expense.
For domestic (Canada) online order returns, the client must ship the product(s) back to us on their accord.
Orders that are canceled by the request of the customer will incur an order cancellation fee of 5% of the total order.
Additional non-returnable items:
Buyer is responsible for returns shipping costs; email us & we email you a return label, once the label cost is settled via an email invoice.
- All returned items must be unused, complete with original packaging.
- All items must be in original, resalable condition.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post.
- Please make sure all return orders are sent with a trackable and insured service.
- We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
