Hey friends! From February 12th to the 25th, we will be sharpening knives from Tosho with no charge for our apprentice training program. This includes double-bevel, single-bevel edge touch-up, and Takedas, however repair fees such as chipping and damaged tips will remain.
Our trainees may not feel comfortable to accept all incoming Tosho knives for sharpening. We hope you understand, as we'd love to encourage them to sharpen your knives to the best of their ability under supervision.
We will resume and accept regular sharpening for all kitchen knives starting February 26th.
If you have knives that are not from Tosho, please bring them in before February 10th to get them serviced in time. We look forward to receiving your feedback during this period!
