Asano Kajiya X Dahae Song gyuto byMINISTRY
This product is currently sold out.
This knife is the first of our artist series. Dahae Song, a South Korean, Toronto-based interdisciplinary artist teamed up with byMINISTRY for the launch of their weed-infused dinners made by Chef Ted Corrado at the Enlightened Dining Club.
Tosho Knife Arts was blessed to get a call to collaborate on a knife design with them. Dahae chose the blacksmith of her choice, someone with a similar kind of raw aesthetic. Asano San from Gifu Prefecture was very happy to be on board. This is a creation of the two, etched with Dahae's iconic ink brushstrokes and black and white hands.
Note: Unfortunately we don't recommend that this knife is used on food, as we cannot guarantee that the art application is food safe.
