Konosuke MB

Here is a new line and design by Konosuke Japan in collaboration with blacksmith Mutsumi Hinoura. The blade is made with White #2 steel and stainless clad, which offers easy maintenance with great edge retention and sharpness. The rockwell hardness is made especially for this line to be 65 HRC. This handle is made with burned chestnut wood.
