Tosho Knife Arts is a brick and mortar store in Toronto that specializes in handmade Japanese kitchen knives and sharpening services. Our goal is to offer unique and high-performing tools to many culinary and cutlery aficionados in order to enrich their lives. 

Our old location was in Mirvish Village but we recently moved since all of Mirvish has been transferred over to Westbank (developers).  Now we are not too far away, just North of Bloor on Bathurst between Barton and Follis at 934 Bathurst St.

Owners Olivia Go and Ivan Fonseca have over 20 years of professional experience within the knife sharpening and food industry.  Ivan is currently residing in Japan while Olivia and the Toronto crew keep the brick and mortar running. Our crew consists of folks with a strong background in the culinary arts and kitchen knives. Hopefully we can answer any of your questions.
