Q: Do you offer knife sharpening services?
A: Yes, we do! We offer single and double bevel kitchen knife sharpening services and charge extra for any fixable damage such as chips, bends, or scratches. Our sharpening service is available by walk-in, or you may also mail in your knives to our address (913 Bathurst St. Toronto ON M5R 3G4), but feel free to contact us ahead of time.
Q: Do you sharpen all knives?
A: We sharpen all kitchen knives except serrated edges (e.x. bread knives and steak/tomato knives).

Q: How long does it take to get a kitchen knife sharpened?
A: Generally, the turnaround time varies on a daily basis and rests between five days to two weeks. To inquire beforehand, please call and ask us!
Q: Do you offer re-profiling services?
A: Yes, please inquire firstname.lastname@example.org or drop by with any knives for further details about any re-profiling.
Q: Do you offer re-handling, rust removal, thinning, or re-finishing services?
A: Yes, we offer all of these services. For more information about them, please inquire email@example.com or drop by with any knives in need of maintenance.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Any products that should be brought back will be offered a reimbursement of store credit or an exchange on the condition that the product is brought back within 30 days without use. No refunds. Click here for further details.
