Here are the following steps to install the new ATOMA plate onto an existing one:

1. Clean and dry the old ATOMA plate

2. Take the new replacement pad and remove the adhesive backing

3. Place the sticky side down onto the old ATOMA abrasive side 

4. Press firmly for 30 seconds

5. Wait for an hour before using
