With crisp, sharp lines and contrast, this thoughtful design brings about ingenuity - the sliding split dovetail. In elevation, the split dovetail is trademarked visually with opposing end rabbets at the axis of symmetry for an unmistakable signature look. Hence the name Dovetail and Rabbet.

As form follows function, chiseled lines on the flanks of the top not only break up the optical load but work in visual harmony with the dovetails. When supported, compressed columns extending from the dovetails create a floating effect that highlights the board's elegant yet well-defined form.

With proper care and maintenance, this culinary board is designed and constructed to be used on a daily basis for decades.
